2. Memberships & Purchases#

Momomoon offers paid memberships, purchased inside the iOS app, and occasional one-time web purchases (for example, a $1 web pass that unlocks a month of Momo on the web).

• iOS memberships are billed through your Apple account and managed in your Apple subscription settings; refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple
• Web purchases are processed by Stripe, our payment processor; the $1 web pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew
• Memberships renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges but does not refund past ones
• Offer details — pricing, founding-window availability, included features — may change as Momomoon develops; changes never shorten access you have already paid for

Momomoon is a performance and wellness technology product.

Momomoon:

• Is not medical software
• Does not provide medical advice
• Does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions
• Is not a replacement for professional healthcare

You should consult qualified professionals for medical or mental health concerns.

4. Intellectual Property#

All content on the Site, including but not limited to:

• Branding
• Text
• Product concepts
• Visual designs
• Animations
• Software concepts
