Short. Every other app in its category waits to be opened. Momomoon notices first. It reads your body’s signals in the background, and the moment stress starts climbing it buzzes your wrist and walks you down — before you’ve had time to notice yourself. Built by Momo Labs, Inc.
Long. Every stress app on the market reports. Momomoon acts. Connect an Apple Watch and it reads heart rate, HRV and sleep in the background; when it catches your nervous system spiking, it starts a 90-second haptic reset on your wrist on its own. You don’t open anything, and you don’t have to notice first. That is the half nothing else does. The other half works the way you’d expect: open Momo Chat, say what’s going on — stressed, can’t focus, burned out — and it walks you through a Current, a three-minute CBT session. Momomoon is built by Momo Labs, Inc., founded by two software engineers who built it for themselves first.
